Description

Cook and serve vegetables and steamed food efficiently with this 150mm heavy duty 1/1 size gastronorm tray from Vogue. Offering a robust 304 stainless steel construction with reinforced corners, the tray is extremely tough and able to stand up to the rigours of a busy service environment - made to withstand a long-lasting life of heavy use.

And, the tray is designed with an overhanging rim which secures it when placed in a prep, buffet station or GN tray rack - meaning food can be cooked and served in the same dish.

Plus, the perforations ensure that food can be steam cooked evenly - allowing moisture to escape in order to prevent sogginess.
