A large and mobile food storage appliance that caters to a large customer base, the Victor Crown Bain Marie Hot Cupboard is capable of holding over 300 plates or 48 plated meals for mass transport of hot food. Ideal for businesses such as care home, hotels and event catering, any freshly prepared standalone dishes and condiments can be preserved in the top-mounted dry heat bain marie, whilst the remaining plates and meals are safely held in the interior cabinet. Gastronorm pans for the bain marie must be bought separately.
