The HED90100 Victor Earl hot cupboard is a highly flexible and reliable addition to the professional kitchen. Able to hold up to 18 plated meals or 80x 10" plates, the cupboard offers a generous internal capacity. And as the cupboard can be installed on a countertop or wall mounted, it's easy to position to make access fast, convenient and comfortable.

Inside, the cupboard includes two strong fixed shelves to maximise storage capacity. Control is via a simple front-mounted dial thermostat which lets you adjust the internal temperature just as you like. And thanks to the sliding steel doors, the cupboard is easy and safe to access, wherever it's installed. Easy to use, clean and maintain.
