Utilising quartz lamps alongside heat elements in the base, the purpose of this slim and attractive food warmer is to retain all the warmth, flavour and texture of all your meals to maximise customer satisfaction. Ready for use in ten minutes, you can choose to use either heatproof dishes or gastronorm pans (sold separately) for your buffet or display.
