Description

The interior shelves are entirely adjustable to suit your stock or can be removed entirely to make space for gastronorm trays - should you prefer. A double layer of steel enhances the heat retention of the unit, meanwhile the recessed temperature controls prevent them from jutting out and catching when manoeuvring the hot cupboard from room to room.
