The Polar U-Series upright bakery freezer is ideal for any pro kitchen which uses specialist patisserie or baker's trays on a daily basis. Able to fit up to 20 trays (18 recommended), the freezer delivers a huge amount of frozen storage capacity. With forced air cooling and simple user-friendly operation, the Polar freezer makes it easy to keep your stock reliably frozen - even when kitchen temperatures reach up to 32degC. A great choice for businesses which do their baking on-site.
