Description

Cutting onions can be a lengthy and boring task with a traditional knife. But the Prep Chef onion cutter blade by Matfer Bourgeat speeds up your onion cutting process considerably.

This tool is designed to fit the potato masher stand which can be purchased separately. The cutting blade and handle will simply slot into the masher stand, where you can effortlessly chop onions into the required sizes. Crafted with an composite plastic housing and ergonomic lever, the device allows continued use without the risk of breaking. The grated-blade itself is made from a durable stainless steel material that is easy to rinse for use after use; saving you vital preparation time.
