Below, the 2/1 GN fan-assisted oven has five shelf positions, with two shelves supplied as standard and a temperature range of 100-250?C. The vitreous enamelled oven chamber has a full width removable drip tray, making it simpler to clean and to keep clean. Glass panels in the oven door allow the user to monitor cooking progress without losing any valuable heat.
